Below are links to various instructional pages to the On-line Information System that we use within the Athletic Medicine Department at University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

• ATS Medical Eligibility Instructions (web site) - This document will walk all new student-athletes to UCCS the process to become medically eligible. A User ID and password will be needed to enter this site. This information should be sent to you in an email, if not please contact the Athletic Medicine Department (719) 255-3004 or spmed@uccs.edu
• ATS Student-Athlete Appointment Request Instructions (smartphone) - This is used if you need to make an appointment for an evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation and/or meeting with one of the Athletic Training Staff at UCCS.
