2022 OUTDOOR: All-RMAC Second Team in 100m hurdles … PR in 100m hurdles (14.72) at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Apr. 29-May 1 (fifth place) … Competed in 100m hurdles and 200m.

2021-22 INDOOR: All-RMAC First Team in 60m hurdles… PR in 60m hurdles at the RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 24-26, finished in 8.96 (3^rd place)… Competed in 60m hurdles.

2021 OUTDOOR:  PR in 100H on April 9-10 at the Maverick Multi and Open placing 4^th with a 15.39 time … Competed in 100H.

2020-21 INDOOR:  Season best in 60H with a 9.26 time on Feb. 12-13, 2021 at the CRC UCCS Open placing 5th … Competed in 60H.

2019-20 INDOOR: Competed in 6 meets for UCCS … Ran the 60H … Ran a career-best time of 9.05s at the 2019 UCCS Invitational on Dec. 14, finished 3^rd in the event … Tabbed 4 other top-10 finishes in the 60H including a 2^nd place finish at the Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 7 with a time of 9.11s … Took 7^th at the RMAC Championships with a time of 9.16s.
