COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the third time in her career, University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's basketball student-athlete
Maison White has been selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Basketball First Team. The 2025 CSC Academic All-District teams were announced by the organization Tuesday morning.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
A senior forward from Grantsville, Utah,
Maison White started all 31 games this season, averaging 12.1 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. The owner of 14 double-doubles in her senior campaign, White finished the year ranking third in the league in rebounds per game (10.6), eighth in blocks per game (0.7), and 21
st overall in scoring average (12.1). A Criminal Justice major at UCCS, she netted at least 10 points in 18 games and pulled down at least 10 rebounds 22 times. Named the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week on Jan. 27, 2025, White was voted to the 2025 All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Second Team after earning her third straight RMAC All-Academic First Team accolade.
White, who eclipsed the 1,000-point mark on Nov. 8 against Midwestern State University, closes out her career at UCCS ranking fourth all-time in scoring (1,374 points), and she is the all-time leader in rebounds with 998. Her 14 double-doubles this year brought her career total to 41.
First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on April 15, 2025 at 10 a.m. (MT).
