COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs men's soccer team will enter the 2017 RMAC Men's Soccer Conference Tournament as the No.5 seed and will face No.4-seed MSU Denver on Tuesday.
In their only other meeting this season, UCCS fell, 2-0, on the road to the Roadrunners on Oct. 13. In that game, the Mountain Lions out shot MSU Denver 17 to 10 and held the advantage in corner kicks, 6 to 3.
Both teams finished their conference schedule tied with 24 points, but the Roadrunners held the tiebreaker.
The game will take place at MSU Denver's Regency Athletic Complex and game-time is tentatively set for noon.
The winner of the game will advance to the semifinals on Friday, Nov. 3, which will be hosted by Colorado Mines, the top-seed in the tournament.
