COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. ā The University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer team wraps up their three-game home stand on Sunday with a game against Emporia State at 11 am.

SCOUTING UCCS (0-2-0)
The Mountain Lions are looking to get into the win column after dropping a suffering a pair of 3-1 defeats in their opening week against nationally-ranked Angelo State and Wayne State.
Michaela Mansfield and
Bailee Jameson both scored the team's lone goals in the two games as
Dana Shellhorn added an assist on Mansfield's goal against Angelo State.
In goal,
Grace Ramsden is averaging five saves per game while posting a .625 save percentage through the first week of action.

SCOUTING EMPORIA STATE (0-1-1)
Like the Mountain Lions, Emporia State is also looking for their first win after a scoreless draw against Ouachita Baptist and a 1-0 loss to Harding in the MIAA/GAC Challenge last week.
Despite not scoring any goals, the Hornets has placed 12 of their 27 shots to earn a .444 shots on goal percentage while holding their opponents to a .333 shots on goal percentage.
Goalkeeper Yadira Rivera has logged all 200 minutes for Emporia thus far and comes into the weekend with a .875 save percentage.
Before playing UCCS, the Hornets will visit CSU-Pueblo on Friday for a 7 p.m. game.

The Mountain Lions embark on a four-game road swing to start their RMAC schedule. The team will kick things off next Friday at Black Hills State before visiting Colorado Mines (Sep. 21), Colorado Mesa (Sep. 23), and Westminster (Sep. 25).
