PUEBLO, Colo. – Alex Welsh used eight second-half rebounds to set a new University of Colorado Colorado Springs career rebounding record and finished with 11 for the game, and but 25-point performances from him and Kendall Godley wouldn't be enough as the Mountain Lions (13-10, 10-6 RMAC) fell in overtime 98-91 at Colorado State-Pueblo. Welsh has 808 career rebounds and surpassed the previous record of 800 set by Jack Bain from 2001 through 2004.
