COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following a short two-game home stand, the University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer team travels to take on Western State this Sunday with game time slated for 1 p.m.

The Mountain Lions fell to Adams State, 2-0, despite out shooting the Grizzlies 18 to 15 this past Sunday. Both teams placed 10 shots on goal.

Bailee Jameson continue to lead the team thus far with 8 points each as both players have three goals and two assists through nine games.
SCOUTING WESTERN STATE (4-5-1 / 2-3-0 RMAC)
The Mountaineers have dropped three of their last four games coming into Sunday's game. Their last win came on Sep. 30 in a 1-0 triumph over Adams State.
A trio of Mountaineers lead the team with five points each, as Francesca Rand, Paige Massey, and Andrea Grillo all have two goals and one assist through 10 games.
In goal, Katie Simpson-Johnson holds a .877 saves percentage for the Mountaineers while maintaining a 0.86 goals against average.
