SCOUTING UCCS (5-4-1 / 4-2-0 RMAC)
The Mountain Lions open the weekend against the unbeaten Rangers, who will be the fourth nationally-ranked team UCCS has faced this season. The team comes into the game having won three games, all of which were shutouts.

For his efforts, junior goalkeeper David Meyer was named the RMAC Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season as he recorded 15 saves in two games to help the Mountain Lions edge then-No. 21 MSU Denver and CSU-Pueblo in 1-0 affairs last week.

Offensively, Conor Langenbahn and Cort Searls continue to pace UCCS as they both have six points through 10 games. Searls leads the team with three goals as Langenbahn leads with two assists.

SCOUTING REGIS (8-0-1 / 5-0-1 RMAC)
The Rangers have yet to lose this season as they have outscored their opponents 15 to 2 through nine games. Regis is coming off a scoreless draw on Sunday against Colorado Mines.

Up top, Regis is led by Tom Grimley, who comes into the game with 10 points (5 goals, 0 assists) in seven games. Porter Milner is second with seven points (0 goals, 7 assists).

Goalkeeper Chase Webert has been a force for the Ranger in front of goal as he enters the weekend with a .917 saves percentage and a paltry 0.27 goals against average, both of which rank first in the conference.

SCOUTING SOUTH DAKOTA MINES (1-8-0, 1-5-0 RMAC)
The Hardrockers are coming off their first win of the season, defeating Colorado Christian at home, 2-1, on Sunday.Ā  Danny Whitfield and Justin Barkow scored for South Dakota Mines in the win against the Cougars.

With his goal on Sunday, Barkow now leads the team with six points (2 goals, 2 assists) through nine games.

In goal, Jack Seifert and Kyle Daledovich have split time between the pipes this season as the duo have combined for a .711 saves percentage while allowing 2.56 goals per game.

UP NEXT
UCCS returns home next weekend when they host the same two teams as the Mountain Lions host Regis on Friday, Oct. 14 at 5 p.m. before entertaining South Dakota Mines on Sunday, Oct. 16 at noon.
