Box Score COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - University of Colorado Colorado Springs junior Kim Catlett continued to lead the Mountain Lion offense with 11 kills, but it wouldn't be enough to overpower No. 6 Nebraska-Kearney in the final match of the Steel & Silver Classic. The Lopers (8-0) won in 25-13, 25-15 and 25-13 matches against the Mountain Lions (3-5).

Freshman Madison Palmer added nine kills and a team-high 10 digs. Cassidy Bush made three blocks for her fifth straight match with multiple blocks.

The loss ended a three-match winning streak for UCCS and it was the first at home in 2014. It was the first meeting between the two programs since Nebraska-Kearney transitioned to a new conference in 2012.
