Ryan Buchanan finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles as the top Mountain Lion finisher in an event at the 2015 RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships during the weekend. He ran a season-best time of 54.72 seconds in the preliminaries on Saturday and recorded his third top-five finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference championships on Sunday.
