Chelsea Martus won the 800-meter run at the Kim Mayer Memorial Open on Saturday at Colorado School of Mines. Her altitude-adjusted time of 2 minutes, 17.35 seconds is second in the RMAC performance lists. She led a 1-2 finish for the Mountain Lions in the race as teammate Amber McAfee finished second in an adjusted time of 2:18.26.

Martus also ran the second leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second and has the second-fastest time in the conference at 3:57.35.
