Derrick White averaged 33 points, seven assists, 77 percent from the field and 94 percent from the free throw line as No. 9 UCCS extended its winning streak to five games against Western New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands. He scored 38 points on Friday against the Mustangs with 11 assists, and followed with 28 points against the Cowboys on Saturday.

White is leading the RMAC in points per game and steals per game. He is third in UCCS history with 552 points this season. White is leading Division II in total points and is second in the nation with 26.3 points per game.
