Will Mayhew won the RMAC 800-meter championship with the second-fastest qualifying time in Division II at the conference outdoor championships on May 9. He won the title in 1 minute, 50.34 seconds, which adjusts down to an automatic qualifying time of 1:48.75 for the national championships. An indoor All-American in the event, the time will guarantee Mayhew a spot at the outdoor championships later this month.
