Colin Cicere struck out a season-high 11 batters in an eight-inning start as UCCS earned a 9-4 victory against Colorado Christian on Sunday. It was the most strikeouts for a Mountain Lion this season and the third-mist in the RMAC for a single game. Cicere struck out three straight in the seventh inning and recorded two more in the first inning. It was his fifth win of the season and is moved into a tie for first in the RMAC for pitching wins.
