Wright, Aberle Turn in Provisional Times at Adams State
ALAMOSA, Colo. - Jonathan Wright hit the NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 400-meter dash and Carson Aberle lowered his provisional time in the 800-meter run as both Mountain Lions won their events to lead the University of Colorado Colorado Springs at the Adams State Qualifier today.
Wright won by a tenth-of-a-second with an unadjusted time of 49.31 seconds. When adjusted to 49.52 seconds for altitude, it ranks first in the conference and No. 30 in NCAA Division II. Wright has reached provisional qualifying marks in two events this season, with a provisional mark in the 4x400-meter relay last weekend at the New Mexico Classic.

Aberle continued to lower his time in the 800-meter run and has an altitude-adjusted time of 1:53.72 to rank fifth in the RMAC performance lists.
