UCCS Women Sixth in RMAC Preseason Indoor Track and Field Poll
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - After a top-10 finish at the national cross country championships, the University of Colorado Colorado Springs will transition to the indoor track and field season with the women picked to finish sixth in the 2012-13 RMAC Preseason Coaches' Poll released this morning.
Cross country All-American Megan Burrell and defending pole vault indoor champion Alex Covin will lead the Mountain Lions in the 2012-13 season. UCCS will open the indoor season after the winter break on Jan. 18-19 at the CU Potts Invitational at Balch Fieldhouse.
