UNLV invite and Tom Benich Classic

Three Mountain Lions competed at the UNLV Invitational, while one competed at the Tom Benich Classic held at the University of Northern Colorado in Greley.
At the UNLV Invitational, held in Las Vegas, Nev., Gabe Small finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10 minutes, 24.14 seconds.
Carlos Ruibal and Kyle Reno both competed in the 5,000-meter run. Ruibal finished in fifth with a time of 16:38.40. Reno was close on his tail, finishing sixth with a time of 16:38.60.
Ryan Price was the only Mountain Lion to compete at the Tom Benich Classic in Greely, Colo.
Price placed second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:48.94.
