Gray Named Runner of the Week

University of Colorado at Colorado Springs senior Tina Gray was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's woman Runner of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.

Gray took the win and moved to the top of the RMAC performance lists in the 3,000 meters at Saturday's Air Force All-Comers Meet. She finished her first race of the season in a time of 11:02.77 (10:37.65-converted) as the Mountain Lions went 1-2 in the event (Shannon Payne took second).

The CU-Colorado Springs track team will return to the Air Force Academy Friday and Saturday for the Air Force Invitational.
