Weather Forecast Cancels Sunday's Game

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Forecasted cold temperatures on Sunday has led the University of Colorado Colorado Springs to cancel the final game of the four-game series with Fort Lewis, originally scheduled for 11 a.m. at Mountain Lion Field. The game will not be made up.

The RMAC Code prevents teams from competing with the wind chill is below 25 degrees. The Weather Channel forecasted a high of 22 degrees on Sunday and a wind chill as high as 5 degrees. The temperature was in addition to the forecasted precipitation.

UCCS swept the Skyhawks in today's tripleheader, and run-ruled Fort Lewis in the first and last games.
