Softball Team to Host Pancake Breafast Fundriser

By Chris Spomer published February 14, 2011

The UCCS softball team is holding an "all you can eat" pancake
breakfast fundraiser at Applebees on February 26, 2011. The event will, in part, help fund the team's preseason trip to a tournament in Minnesota.

In order to manage capacity issues, there will be two sessions in which supporters have to choose from, 7 A.M. or 8 A.M.

The meal ticket costs $7 and includes all you can eat pancakes and your choice of sausage or bacon. The team will be present at both sessions for a "meet and greet". Afterwards, the Mountain Lions take on Fort Lewis at Mountain Lion Field in a doubleheader that begins at noon. A meal ticket also gets you into the doubleheader for free.

Where: Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, 495 Garden of the Gods Rd.

Cost: $7

To get your tickets, please contact Kristin Preble at:
