February 7, 2013UCCS Records 17th Straight Semester with 3.00 Student-Athlete GPAOne of the most successful athletic semesters in the history of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs also came with success in the classroom as Mountain Lion student-athletes recorded a 17th consecutive semester with a grade point average above 3.0. Fourteen student-athletes earned the President's List with a semester GPA of 4.0 and 23 earned a spot on the Dean's List with a GPA between 3.75 and 3.99.

November 19, 2012Shaswar, Causse Named to Daktronics South Central Region Second TeamUniversity of Colorado Colorado Springs seniors Mash Shaswar and Gabe Causse were named to the Daktronics Division II Men's Soccer All-South Central Region Second Team this morning. The duo helped lead the Mountain Lions to their first RMAC semifinal game since 2001.
October 11, 2011Friesen heads list of five Mountain Lions named academic All-RMACThe Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced its all-academic performers for the 2011 men’s soccer season on Tuesday. UCCS senior Matt Friesen was named first team all-academic, senior, Mash Shaswar made the second team, and three other Mountain Lions, Eric Goldberg, Gabriel Causse, and Jabari Shaw were named to the honor roll.
