UCCS Starts Season Eighth in NSCAA Regional Poll

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A season-opening shutout to start the season moved the University of Colorado Colorado Springs men's soccer team into the regional poll for the first time this season after the release of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America / Continental Tire regional and national polls this afternoon. The Mountain Lions debuted in the South Central Regional Poll at No. 8.

This is the Mountain Lion's first appearance in the poll since finishing No. 10 in the final South Central Regional poll at the end of last season.  

UCCS will look to extend its early season success Friday night at home against Eastern New Mexico University at 5 p.m.
