Mountain Lion Men Back in Regional Poll at #9
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A pair of RMAC ties over the weekend moved the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (1-1-2 / 0-0-2 RMAC) men's soccer team back into the regional poll for the second time this season after the release of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America / Continental Tire regional and national polls this afternoon. The Mountain Lions are currently ranked No. 9 in the South Central region.
UCCS debuted in the South Central Regional Poll earlier this season at No. 8 on 10 September.
A pair of draws by the scores of 0-0 and 1-1 against Metro State and Colorado Mesa, respectively, is what brought UCCS back into the poll.
UCCS will look to find its first conference win Friday night at home against Fort Lewis at 7 p.m.
