Weekend Soccer Games to Air on UCCS Channel on Comcast

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - University of Colorado Colorado Springs men's and women's soccer fans can watch the games from the past weekend on the UCCS Channel on Comcast Channel 20 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday night this week. The games were broadcast live-to-tape by UCCS Media Services.

The games from last Friday night against Colorado Christian will be broadcast on Thursday night at 6 p.m. Josh Howe led the broadcast team, and was joined by David Harmer during the men's game and Kevin Ridenour during the women's game. The night featured a Mountain Lion sweep of the Cougars in wet and cold conditions.

The games from Sunday afternoon against Colorado Mesa will be broadcast on Tuesday and Friday nights at 6 p.m. Jose Howe called both games, and was joined by Eryn Gallagher during the women's game. UCCS dropped the men's game to Colorado Mesa by a 1-0 decision, while the women came back from a 2-0 deficit to tie the Mavericks.

The Mountain Lions close out the regular season home schedule this week, starting with a men's game against Colorado State-Pueblo on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. UCCS faces Adams State in a doubleheader starting at 5 p.m., with the final regular season home game on Sunday afternoon against CSU-Pueblo and Fort Lewis at 11:30 a.m.
