Hooper and Arnadottir Each Score Twice to Lead UCCS to 10th Victory
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Ashley Hooper and Agnes Arnadottir both scored a pair of goals and Kelly Schroeder earned her seventh shutout of the season as the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (10-2-1 / 6-2-1 RMAC) blanked Adams State (4-9 / 2-7 RMAC) by a 4-0 score tonight at Mountain Lion Stadium.
The win continued to increase the record-setting win total for UCCS to No. 10. The Mountain Lions also moved into a tie for second in the RMACstandings after tonight's round of games with five contests left in the regular season.
Up Next: UCCS closes out the 2012 regular season home schedule on Sunday morning against Colorado State-Pueblo. The Mountain Lions will be going for a sweep of the ThunderWolves this season after a 3-0 victory in Pueblo last month.
