They may not necessarily be the saints, but they will nonetheless be marching.

The F.I.G.H.T. Club is organizing a student march â€" “Braveheart style” according to the post on Facebook â€" to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springsâ€TM menâ€TMs soccer match against Rockhurst on Friday.

March organizers plan to assemble students at the quad in the housing village at 5 p.m. and then march west on Austin Bluffs Parkway and north on Nevada Ave. to Mountain Lion Stadium, which is located at the Four-Diamonds Sports Complex. Once there, the marchers will enjoy a tailgate party, food and games before catching the Mountain Lionsâ€TM match against the No. 15-ranked Rockhurst Hawks.

“When we get to the Field there will be Tailgating, free food and just pandemonium,” said the groupâ€TMs Facebook post.

The first 500 students to show up will receive a free student section t-shirt, provided by Adidas.

The F.I.G.H.T. Club is an organization of UCCS students intent on creating a college sports atmosphere at Mountain Lionsâ€TM athletic events. The acronym stands for Fans Initiating Growth, Honor and Tradition.
