COLORADO SPRINGS -
Nikki Kinzer and
Nicole Pederson of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs plus five others were named to the 2010 Hyatt Place Mountain Lion Invitational all-tournament team, which was released Monday.
Also named were Whitney Justice and Megan Epperson of Lees McRae, Chelsea Flaming of Fort Lewis, Kate Horihan of Winona State and Kaitlyn Ausmus of Grand Canyon.
The team was selected by vote of the participating coaches. After each match, both coaches were given ballots and asked to select the top two players from the team they had just faced. Those votes were compiled and the top point recipients were named to the team.
UCCS posted a 4-0 record to claim the tournament championship. Fort Lewis, Winona State, Lees McRae and Winona State each went 2-2, while Grand Canyon went 0-4.

Epperson and Justice led the Bobcats with 3.67 and 3.22 kills per set respectively. Epperson added 3.39 digs per set while Justice hit a team-best .341.
Flaming led the Skyhawks with 3.60 kills per set while also adding 45 digs. Horihan put down 3.46 kills and had a tournament-best 1.31 blocks per set. Ausmus had 2.08 kills and 2.42.
