Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group to Present "Ticket to Ride" on Thursday
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group, a corporate sponsor of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs athletic department, will present Warren Miller's 64th Annual Film "Ticket to Ride", on Thursday, Dec. 12. The free showing will begin at 6 p.m., in the Dwire Hall Auditorium on campus.
The event will begin with an education seminar on common injuries and how to prevent injuries while skiing and snowboarding. Dr. Michael Huang, a sports medicine expert at the Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group and one of the Mountain Lion team physicians, will spend 15-20 before the premiere of the Warren Miller film. Those in attendance will also be eligible to win several prizes, including two lift tickets to Arapahoe Basin and a hotel night at the Village at Breckenridge.
