UCCS Radio to Debut Lion's Den Tuesday Morning

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - UCCS Radio, the student radio station on the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus, will debut a new sports show this morning for the 2012-13 academic year. "The Lion's Den" will feature Mountain Lion sports, along with regional and national sports every Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The opening show will feature season previews for the fall teams, including talks with Head Volleyball Coach Keith Barnett. Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information Jared Verner will join the show live during the first portion of the show dedication to Mountain Lion athletics.
Martin Hines and Sports Information Graduate Assistant M.J. Arjomandi will host the show every week.
UCCS Radio began in 2003 and is an official organization within the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. The station has an associated Student Club that performs many of the day-to-day operations.
