July 13, 2004		2004-2005 UCCS Dance Team Tryouts	The 2004-2005 UCCS Dance Team tryouts will be held on Saturday, September 4th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the UCCS gym. Registration begins at 8:00 AM so don't be late!!! Following tryouts the new Performance Team will be selected.
September 24, 2004		Congratulations to the new 2004-2005 UCCS Dance Team	This year's 2004-2005 UCCS Dance Team is already to a great start. The dance team performs at Volleyball and Basketball games, so please come support us. Check out the schedule to see when we perform.
August 10, 2004		Colorado Springs Orthopaedic group partners with Mountain Lions	The Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group became the official sports medicine provider for the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs athletic department on Tuesday, announce CU-Colorado Springs athletic director Stephen Kirkham.
August 16, 2004		Fitzgerald win CoSIDA award	University of Colorado at Colorado Springs sports information director Doug Fitzgerald was honored early this month by CoSIDA, the College Sports Information Directors of America.
February 3, 2005		Mountain Lions ranked 35th in Director's Cup rankings	On the strength of Top 20 finishes by both its men's and women's cross country teams, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs finished the fall sports seasons ranked No. 35 in the United States Sports Academy Director's Cup Standings.
February 7, 2005		Kirkham appointed chair of regional committee	The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs announced Monday that athletic director Stephen Kirkham had been appointed chairman of the North Central Region Women's Basketball committee.
February 15, 2005		Three selected to attend NCAA Action Academy	Senior woman administrator/compliance coordinator Sarah Cartwright, volleyball player Jill Wrenn and cross country/track athlete Jason Braun will be attending the NCAA Division II Student-Athlete Leadership Action Academy on Feb. 18-20.
April 13, 2005		Mountain Lions Golf Tourament announced	The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Athletic Department will host its annual Mountain Lions Golf Tournament on Monday, May 9 at the Colorado Springs Country Club, athletic director Stephen Kirkham announced Wednesday.
