December 10, 2010Youth has been served on the UCCS track teamThe performer of the night is junior college transfer Colby Elliott. He competed in five events, broke two individual school records and was a member of tonight’s school record 4x400 meter relay team. Elliott’s night went as follows; fourth in the 60 meter hurdles with a school record 8.67 time, winner in the 300 meter with a school record time of 35.61, 12th in the high jump with a mark of 1.74 meters and 12th in the long jump with a mark of 6.17 meters. This guy is going to be something really special for UCCS track and field.
April 27, 2010UCCS adds 16 to cross country/ track & field teams for 2010-11University of Colorado at Colorado Springs cross country/track and field coach Mark Misch announced the signings of several athletes on Tuesday. So far, 16 student-athletes from all across the country will be joining a young, promising group of Mountain Lions.
