COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Abby Kirchoff earned her second double-double of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds, and came three assists away from the second triple-double in program history, as the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (6-10 / 5-7 RMAC) defeated Black Hills State (10-6 / 9-3 RMAC) 71-60 tonight on Blackout Night in the Gallogly Events Center.
She extended her double-digit scoring streak to 22 consecutive games. It was her first career double-double in a conference regular season game her third overall.
UCCS held Black Hills State without field goals for a pair of extended stretches early in the first half to build a seven-point lead at 20-13 with 9:06 left in the half.
