ALAMOSA, Colo. - Derrick White moved into third in the University of Colorado Colorado Springs record books for free throws made in a season as the Mountain Lions (4-17 / 4-13 RMAC) fell 78-64 to nationally-recognized Adams State (15-5 / 13-4 RMAC) tonight in Plachy Hall.

White went six-of-eight at the free throw line to increase his season total to 128 free throws. He passed Jim Williams, who made 125 free throws in the 1987-88 season. White now needs five free throws to tie for second in season records with Patrick Hannaway's total from the 2006-07 season.
