Pardner Named to All-Mac Martin Invitational Team

Darius Pardner scored 14 points in both games for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs to earn a spot on the All-Mac Martin Invitational Team. He shot 40 percent from the field and added five steals for the Mountain Lions in the two games against No. 16 Chico State and San Francisco State. Pardner went six-of-15 from the field in the Friday night game against Chico State and added three steals and two assists for UCCS. He went four-of-seven from the three-point line and five-of-10 from the field against San Francisco State with two steals and an assist.

Pardner is second on the team this season with 10.5 points per game and leads the the team with nine steals and eight steals. He's third for the Mountain Lions this season in field goal percentage.

UCCS will begin the 2012-13 RMAC schedule on Friday night at home against Fort Lewis. Tip-off from the Gallogly Events Center is set for 7:30 p.m., with a live broadcast on Comcast channel 20 in Colorado Springs.
