Senior Jessica Brown named to RMAC Shootout All-Tourney Team

Senior Jessica Brown was named to the RMAC Shootout All-Tournament team, the conference announced this weekend. Brown scored 16 points against CSU-Pueblo in the opening round victory over the Thunderwolves and followed that up with 13 against Fort Lewis in the Final Four.
Brown, along with her twin sister Danielle, Ashley Miller, and Payden Ackerman all played their last game in a Mountain Lion uniform this weekend. For all the UCCS Seniors, this year marked their first appearance in the post season which will always be remembered by their road win against arch rival CSU-Pueblo. Mountain Lion fans can be sure that this Senior classes' legacy will mark the beginning of many appearances in the RMACShootout.
