Lady Mountain Lions to take on CSU-Pueblo in opening round of RMAC Shootout
The RMAC Athletic Directors met today in order to sort out the four team tie and proper placement of the #5-8 seeds in the RMAC Women's Basketball Tournament. Given that the Colorado Christian, Colorado Mesa, Colorado Mines and UCCS women's basketball teams all finished the conference season with an 11-11 RMAC record, the RMAC Code for tiebreakers was not adequate given that it only applies to two-way ties. Fortunately, the conference office and the AD's resolved the unique four-way tie situation. UCCS (now the #6 seed in the tournament) will be heading to Pueblo on Tuesday night to take on the Thuderwolves at 7:00 pm in Massari Arena.
