Hannaway named player of the week

University of Colorado at Colorado Springs senior Patrick Hannaway was named the Baden/Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference player of the week, the conference announced Monday.

It was the second time in as many weeks that Hannaway was so honored.

In a 105-86 win over Carroll College Friday, Hannaway shot 15-of-15 from the floor to score a career-high 31 points while getting nine rebounds and passing out five assists.

The following night in an 85-68 win over Menlo College, Hannaway scored 29 points, going 11-of-16 from the floor.

Between the two games Hannaway averaged 30 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.

Hannaway is shooting 80 percent from the floor through tree games this season.
