Richards named Player of the Week

Mountain Lions senior Julie Richards was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference West Division Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.

Richards had a season high seven blocked shots, which is also the most blocks in one game in the RMAC this season. She also had 17 points and nine rebounds in a 68-56 loss at Air Force.

Richards currently leads the conference in blocked shots with an average 3.44 blocks per game and she is also 6th in scoring with an average 15.8 points per game.
